You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping for the altered item back to you. Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, as items showing signs of wear are not eligible for alterations . Include all original documentation with your return.

Note: We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a registered, signed-for courier service and keeping tracking details until we confirm receipt. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before processing alterations. Refunds are not available on any products as per our policy.
